Another week in the books ☀️🍪

It’s been a warm one! Baking through a heatwave definitely keeps you on your toes and makes you question all of your life decisions 🥵

But this week has been worth it, a huge thank you to everyone who came over for a cookie, brownie or just to say hello at any of the locations we were at this week! We appreciate you 🙏

10 and a bit years later, I don’t even know how many market days I’ve done, but it’s been a journey for sure. I remember telling a select few people at my old job that one day I was going to set up a market stall, and once I’d said it out loud, I had to commit to it.

From that first day at Brick Lane Tea Rooms Market, I just kept turning up every weekend. Since 2016, there have been plenty of highs and plenty of lows, but I’m excited for what the future holds.

Pizza tour day around East London today with 🍕

📍Vincenzo’s
Burrata (£6.5) – crispier, biggest slice of the day, better sauce and much chewier dough. Painting of Paulie Walnuts by the owner gives it extra points.

📍BBPS
Vodka Roni (£5) – super light, great sauce, not heavy at all. Second best option of the day. Really cool interiors as well.

📍Detroit Pizza
Pepperoni (£6) – proper wildcard pizza 😂 like comparing lasagna vs normal pasta. Very filling and dough was super light and fluffy.

📍Paulie’s
Pepperoni (£5.5) – thinnest pizza of the day, nice sauce and crispy base. 7.5/10

📍Short Road
£18 whole 14” sausage pizza
Really creative menu, the most range of them all. Super thin (Roman style) very greasy from the pesto, not enough sauce or cheese unfortunately.
