A Soft but crispy outside potato dough to form the croquette and it’s stuffed with our slow cooked, pulled beef, a mix of spices, rice and loads of other secret goodness. 💃🏼 with Juan. Everyone will be ordering in Spanish by the end of the year. Say (and get your kids to practise too) “Papa Rellena” (Beef stuffed potato) remember that two LL together make a “Y” or “J” sound. Practise it now for when you come in and order some of our treats.
