Look! It’s a sandwich with all the colours of Ireland!

To celebrate St Patrick’s Day we shall be serving an orange white and green sandwich filling in a Guinness-themed bagel.

A herby egg salad (that means egg mayo in America speak) and some green stuff all served on our super special dark rye Guinness caraway sesame seeded vibey bagel.

Our everything bagels are known by our loyal customers by various unofficial epithets such as:

The all seeded
The multi seed
That one there on the left, no the other left

The (staff favourite) everyday bagel

You can call it whatever you want but we call it the everything. Ours come heavily seeded with sesame, poppy, garlic, onion and salt.

Easily the most popular, more than half of all the bagels we bake will end up as everythings and they are never the ones left over at the end of the day!

We will be heading up to Camden Brewery on Friday night and we would love to have you guys enjoy our hot take on one of our most popular sandwiches: the BEC.

Introducing the BUFFALO BEC.

Streaky bacon, melted American and blue Cheese medley folded into an NYC bodega-style egg, smothered in Paulie’s buffalo sauce and served on a hand-rolled sourdough Everything Bagel.

Served with a wee pot of blue sauce and a stick of celery on the side because that’s fun.
