Had to share comments from a tenant where we will no longer be managing the property due to a sale of the flat: "I understand that you will no longer be the managing agent. That is sad! I've really appreciated your efficiency, kindness and good humour over the years and will miss you. We have to adapt, but a big "Thank You". It's been a pleasure serving you for the past 14 years, GA. Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.
