We are updating the pictures of our products. This is our sourdough raisin bread with Earl Grey soaked raisins and enriched with egg and butter. Since this is a sweet bread we use our pasta madre, an Italian style sweet sourdough, for it. Great toasted with lashings of butter.

We had the pleasure of a visit by David of to the bakery. He showed us how to make Philly style soft pretzels. This is our first attempt. Not quite as perfect as the ones he sells in Denver, but a respectable first try.

Launching tomorrow at as part of our Christmas range: wholemeal wheat & rye with chopped rye, sunflower seeds, chopped figs, chopped dates and whole roasted hazelnuts. A fantastic bread to go with strong cheeses or charcuterie.

Nice to see (and eat) our products out in the wild sometimes. pretzel stick filled with salt beef, emmental & slaw. Lovely! Available as a lunch time option at the Harvey Brown Cafe in the Arreton valley on the Isle of Wight.

We deliver every Thursday to the Isle of Wight and you can get a selection of our breads at the Harvey Browns farm shop.
