Becoming a mother made me realize how important it is for me to be the one reaching, the one showing up, the one building that connection every single day, because my child shouldn’t have to wonder where they stand with me or feel like they have to earn my presence, and I’m so intentional about making sure they feel seen, heard, and loved without question, because that bond is something I’m responsible for nurturing, and I never want them to carry the weight of chasing a relationship that should naturally be given to them 🤍
