Our new single origin Speciallity coffee has arrived at PAUL Le Café.

100% Arabica beans, sourced from Ayarza in Guatemala and locally roasted in South London. The beans are carefully rested for 7–10 days after roasting before making its way into your cup!

It’s a coffee made with a little more care at every stage, helping support local communities in Guatemala, and you can enjoy it as a 30p upgrade to your favourite PAUL coffee.

Find it at PAUL Le Café, Tottenham Court Road, Three Quays and St Pancras. Best enjoyed with a buttery croissant, naturally.

ALL RISE FOR WORLD BREAD DAY. 🥖

After Bread Week on Bake Off, we’re giving the humble loaf the attention it deserves. At PAUL, we’ve been perfecting our bread since 1889, with five generations of knowledge behind every loaf. Our bakers turn, fold, shape and score by hand, using simple ingredients and giving the dough up to seven hours to develop its flavour. Good bread takes time. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

From our crunchy Pain Multigrain, to our award-winning PAUL Baguette and Pain Two Olives, bringing a little taste of Provence to your table, there’s a loaf for every occasion. The bakers have done their bit. Now, where’s the butter? 🧈

Crust, crumb, the perfect rise... there's a lot that goes into a good loaf. At PAUL, our bakers have been mastering the art since 1889, with five generations of knowledge, traditional techniques and plenty of patience behind every bake.

From a golden, crunchy baguette to a beautifully seeded multigrain loaf, we think the best part comes after the baking. A generous spread of butter, perhaps? Some cheese? We’ll leave the technical challenges to the bakers.
