American Muffin Co.Ltd. / TRULY We are a free from specialist bakery dedicated to creating delicious American-style baked goods, such as muffins, brownies, flapjacks and loaf cakes.

We produce a variety of free-from goods suitable for most diets, including, those avoiding gluten/wheat and egg. Gluten-free and other free-from foods often get a lot of stick about lacking the taste and texture as regular foods, but this is something we set out to dispell. Creating high quality products, both in ingredients and finished item, is always our priority and this is probably why our baked goods taste just as good as the real thing.

Yesterday we received a wonderful donation from American Muffin Co.Ltd. / TRULY !🍫

150 muffins were distributed at our food distribution in Trafalgar Square, they were very well received and many of our beneficiaries were full of praise.
