It all began when I had my first son I didn't want to be an average mum. I never knew how much food ingredients bothered me until I started weaning my first child. So I decided to bake and fell in love. Although I'm a savoury person my love for sponge n pastry has grown over the years I still don't eat it much but I love to cook anything tooth achingly sweet. I've watched all sorts of cooking prog

rams and picked up tips and skills to be able to make the cakes I do today. Each one comes with a whole lot of love hard work and care as if I was making for my own.
