We'd love to share our 'awesome' shows for children with you at your primary school, theatre, arts centre, library, museum, hospital, lit fest... anywhere!

Who's joining us for the fabulous at The Courtyard Hereford this ?! We're performing our acclaimed show CLARE & CORY SHARE A (GLORIOUS) STORY on Thursday 29 Oct at 11am - it's packed with puppets and riddled with rhymes and is a wonderful interactive adventure for ages 3+!

WHERE'S THE CLASS BEAR?
Let us explain:
Jane shares her train (batteries not included)
Anmol shares his doll (wonky leg; mended several times)
Michael shares his cycle (a trusty three-wheeler)
Willow and Joe both have a go with a yo-yo
BUT
Clare NEVER EVER shares her pear
Until she loses the class bear (uh-oh)
Enter Cory
Can he save the day with a story?

When you’re taking a photo for and your cat wants in on the action…

This year’s theme is wonder, so we’d like to share this advice from Cory to Clare in our show and picture book CLARE & CORY SHARE A (GLORIOUS) STORY.

Look at our world.
Look at the glory!
If you stay on your chair,
you’ll only have one story.
But if we go out there,
discover, explore,
you might find that you like it
and you’ll have one story more.

The show is written entirely in rhyme, and encourages young children to be curious about their world and nature. We LOVE poetry and ‘wonder’ if you’ll be writing a poem today to celebrate…

"It says here... BOOK US!"

We are Joe and Willow, proud wearers of really big pants for twelve years, and we believe children's theatre is absolutely vital. Our interactive shows inspire creativity, help build empathy, offer enrichment, boost mental health and wellbeing, and bring joy. We know how tight budgets are but our children need these experiences more than ever – the play's the thing! For primary schools, our live and online shows support learning and provide sheer entertainment on occasions such as World Book Day, Science Week, World Environment Day, Anti-Bullying Week, Poetry Day, Halloween, Christmas, or as an end of term treat... plus we also have a sensitive new show supporting grief education. And we really love sharing our stories with family audiences in theatres, arts centres, libraries, museums, community centres, hospitals, bookshops, and at lit fests too! We firmly believe in the importance of talking openly and honestly about death, especially to children, and we welcome the addition of grief education to the primary curriculum.

Our sensitive show COMFORT uses energy and gentle humour to focus on bereavement and has been warmly received with thoughtful positive feedback. We have a joyful craft activity of making pom-poms with the audience afterwards, which invites conversation about feelings but also allows play and normality.

Beanie is eight when her beloved mum dies in a hospice, leaving her with tangled memories and a carefully knitted blankie for comfort. What do you do when someone you love so much has gone forever? Beanie must navigate a new way of living, with friends, classmates, and adults unsure of how to behave with her.
But then the blanket goes missing at school. As Beanie’s world unravels, can a tight-knit community help her deal with her grief?

November marks . Our 30-minute show acts as a springboard for discussion and raising awareness for support. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more about COMFORT and how we can bring it to your school, bereavement support network, hospice, or other setting.

Ready for a wild sledge ride this Christmas in our heartwarming interactive festive offering: HO HO HO (A REALLY BIG NON-PANTO SHOW)?

Alf is an elf on the edge. He's stuck selling trees on Christmas Eve and thinks his sister won't want him to spend Christmas with her as he can't afford a gift. Can a well-meaning really big fairy help him realise the season of goodwill is more about presence than presents…? Join us as we explore family values and Yuletide traditions in this thirty-minute show (and sing Jingle Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas with us), and then get crafty afterwards with our fun activities. During the show, Alf makes a simple picture frame from card. Children can make their own frames with us afterwards to give as homemade gifts. We provide the materials for these for public venues. We ho ho hope 'yule' love our show!

We have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback we have received, and it has been an honour to spend time with the families who have seen it.
