A coach acts as a catalyst helping you to get from where you are now to where you want to be more easily and quicker than if you were to do it alone. Coaching is the relationship between us, the support, activities and discussions. It is not counselling or therapy, although many people find it very freeing and of course it is entirely confidential. Coaches use a varied toolkit of knowledge, experience and methods to help you achieve your goal.
