Josa Cakes and Bakes is about using Wholesome Ingredients to make a Great Product! All the item are bakes in an environment that has been certified and registered. I have been in the catering industry for many years, working with great chefs in 5* Hotels, Fine Dinning restaurants an the large production kitchens. I have the City and Guilds 706/1,2, Kitchen & Larder , Advance Pastry. I attended

Waltham Forest College and Westminster College Vincent Square. With all the knowledge I have from the catering Industry, and from college I felt it was time to start up on my own. Recipes and techniques have been tried and tested throughout my time working in the industry and the way of presenting the product is just as important too. I have a permanent pitch every Sunday at Dagenham Sunday Market, feedback has been aspiring, have a steady flow of regulars, but lots of work still needs to be done to get the word around!

Josa Cakes and Bakes is in Kidbrooke Square SE3 TODAY! Saturday 5th July. It's my first time here and the community are very welcoming.
I have an array of Homemade Vegan treats and eats, some Gluten Free Bakes and a Sugar-Free Banana and Date Cake.
