Moving away from refined sugar doesn’t mean moving away from joy.

In my kitchen, I rely on coconut sugar, maple syrup, dates, cranberries and fresh fruit - they add a depth of flavour that refined white sugar simply can't match.

And my latest obsession: Monk Fruit! ✨
This incredible natural sweetener is up to three times sweeter than sugar, but gentle on the gut. It delivers a clean sweetness with a subtle, honey-like flavour.

Let’s talk about the foundations of a great "free-from" kitchen. 🍞🥛

Over the years, I tried several ingredients but only a select few earned the 'tested & trusted' seal. These are the backbones of my kitchen that deliver perfect texture and rich flavour without the fuss:
