Day of the Wise Man

Today (6th January) is the day of the Wise Man. In Switzerland, we
celebrate it by eating a “Gateau des Roi”, which mean Cake of the King.
In every cake there is a hidden almond, whoever finds it become Queen or
King of the day.

Cake of the King is a kind of sweet bread, the one I made today are a
mix of the following flavours:
-Plain
-Almond
-Chocolate Chip
-Dry Raspberry fruit

It’s been 15 years since last time I’ve baked these delicious cake.
