ce. Cornish born & bred, Jack recently finished a 6-month pop-up restaurant in Ramsgate, Kent, but happily for us, he lives just around the corner! Previously he has worked for Michelin-starred Adam Byatt at Trinity, Upstairs and Bistro Union for three years. Before this he cut his teeth in some of Manchester’s best established restaurants, alongside the likes of Aiden Byrne and Mark Prescott. With whole animal butchery, sushi experience and cooking over fire at the core of his cuisine, he likes to keep his menu funky, fresh and above all, delicious. For weekend brunch (Saturday - Sunday, 10am - 2pm), we are currently accepting walk ins upstairs but offering booth bookings in the basement for tables of 4 to 8 guests.
