DAY 3 of the Just a Card Indie Week campaign is about home & community ❤️. This picture, taken last week, sums up why I love our indie community in
A group of us, including a hairdresser, estate agents, clothing boutique, cafe, restaurant, butchers, dog accessory store, beautician, homeware store (I’ve tagged you all in the photo) have been working together over the last few months to put together a festive community event on 8th December - more on that tomorrow! Basically we have found extra hours in the day, begged and borrowed and just worked damn hard to bring it all together. It’s worked because we all care, our community is vital to the survival of all of us. So if we can give something back by creating a fun day then bring it on!
So this shout out goes to all of those businesses and more! Join the campaign today because they are shouting loud and proud about why shopping, eating and using the services of independent businesses like ours is vital to keeping our high streets alive and colourful! 🌈
