1.Where are you based?
- LSK is based in Romford, Essex, UK, RM1
2.Do you deliver?
- Unfortunately, at this stage, the cakes are pick up only!

4.How do I order?
- You can send me a message or call me to find out if your chosen date is free. A non-refundable deposit (50% of the amount) is paid by bank transfer. Please note, it’s not classed as booked until I have the deposit! The remaining amount can be paid in cash on receipt or by bank transfer beforehand.
5.Cancellation?
- If you decide to cancel your order, the deposit is returned ONLY if the order is canceled no later than two weeks before the event OR in unforeseen circumstances on my part that led to a failure to complete the order. Please keep in mind that the cakes are specially designed for each customer (bespoke cakes), trying to put in every wish for the details you want. There is no cataloging and you can not know in advance whether the design you want will fit perfectly with your ideas. If the cake already made does not meet your requirements, you can return it as the deposit you paid remains non-refundable. If you decide to keep the cake, you are required to pay the entire agreed amount.
6.How much notice do you need?
- Typically I get booked up anywhere from 2-6 weeks in advance, but some dates are more popular than others, so it’s always worth checking if there’s been a cancellation or a missed date. Please do it as early as possible though to avoid disappointment!
7.I don’t really know what design I want?
- Aww don’t worry! I will ask you a few questions and pull up some ideas from there! All we need is a ‘theme’ and I will throw some ideas at you to see what you think. You can always choose from the albums on the page, but it’s always better to discuss a new design for your cake. Sending pictures from the net is not my favorite. Hand painted pictures by the client are not recommended because the chance to get the desired design is very small and the risk of being disappointed is very big. I've been doing this more then 12 years so you're in safe hands. All of the flowers/figurines and decorations on my cakes are made using flower/gumpaste.
