Enfield Eats INDULGENT POSTAL BROWNIES MADE IN ENFIELD. POP UP'S
CLASSES. Chocolate lover bordering addict for decades. Elite in different ways. It never hit the spot.

I've spent a lifetime chomping through every bit of chocolate possible, from home to every holiday to living abroad. (Boy, was I sad when living in America; Cadbury's didn't taste the same, and Hershey was just a no thanks). I wanted to become a Cadbury mini egg ambassador for a while. So I would get a free supply but instead spent my wages on packets and tubes of the mini morsels, alongside Terry

chocolate oranges. They are a cut above as a perfect snack, but you see, when it came to eating brownies and cakes, nothing ever was .... chocolatey enough. Whilst eating chocolate, I had a day job. For two decades, I have been fortunate to work mainly in television production or, now ... content. After a spell on Kilroy and Garden Invaders, all I wanted to do was quit and become a chef. But instead, I found a way to combine my two passions. I began working with Gordon Ramsay on the UK Kitchen Nightmares, F work and then went to Los Angeles with him and worked on Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef USA. I travelled to Southeast Asia (where they don't eat so much chocolate) and co-wrote a cookbook with him. I sold pans on QVC and helped with recipe development. But then it was time to return to the UK, where I could devour Cadbury's again, and I then worked in Jamie's Oliver Television company. And that was the next three years. This is where I started on the side catering, a food blog - dipping my toe into this world, but I needed to be bolder to commit. I left and have worked in the freelance world ever since, working with talents such as Adam Richmond (Man vs. Food), Richard Corrigan, and Tommy Banks, to name a few. Fast forward to many years now. Two wee babies and a burning passion to get a super chocolatey goey indulgent brownie out to you all. The name Enfiled Eats was born out of the love for the local area ... and eating. Hopefully, this is the start of something bigger. Thank you for supporting this small business.

Don’t delay - book your tickets for my Supperclub Sat 6th June. Where you get to all my food, inspired by family’s Friday night meals growing up.

This is a carefully curated menu that blends modern influences with classic Jew-ish dishes, along with my grandma’s recipes, passed down and used for dessert.

Amazing ingredients locally from Forty Hall Farm, and yes, there’s a bar.

Don’t delay, tickets are going quickly.

For those who have bought your tickets, thank you for your support.

It’s my birthday today, and there is no better way to spend a day off than resting, with family, and a very important requirement: GREAT FOOD. This pub came recommended through a friend of a friend whoose a chef.

So we drove ten minutes up the road to and basically devoured everything in the pictures.

Tuna ceviche with blood orange / whipped goat’s curd and charred lettuce / Venison loin/garlic hasselback potatoes / grilled hispi cabbage/broccoli and hazelnut/chocolate hazelnut bar with banana ice cream.

Amazing services, highly recommend. I’m definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. So pleased to have it on the doorstep.

So let’s talk about my absolute, by far, fave new flavour.

THE CHOCOLATE HONEYCOMB
Crushed honeycomb is mixed into the delicious 70% dark chocolate batter, which, when baked, adds an extra gooeyness.

For Christmas, they are drizzled with more dark chocolate, crushed honeycomb, and a chocolate reindeer.

I cannot wait for you to try.

CHRISTMAS 🎅 BROWNIES now live on the website.

Two INCREDIBLE new flavours. Chocolate Honeycomb, which is INSANE. The honeycomb inside goes gooey and has a stiff chocolate mousse texture. I could eat this ALL DAY.

Then there is the white chocolate biscoff flavour. It’s beyond delicious. It’s like the perfect middle ground for dark chocolate.

Both are available in half-slab sizes. Soon to follow are some fave flavours you choose, and if you are a regular, you know I can decorate with some festive toppers
I have limited numbers. Please leave a note at checkout if you want the brownies sent now or before Christmas. The last day for postal with the Royal Mail is Saturday 21st.

I wish those who celebrate Rosh Hashanah
Happy and healthy New Year.
My sister has given me some honey cake. Every year, it’s a family tradition that she makes this recipe, which my grandma passed down to her only !!!

So you see, she had to make the honey cakes as she was the only one lucky enough to be given the recipe.
Maybe I will get my hands on it someday. But honestly, my sister does a great job baking them - I am happy for her to do so ( unless I get the recipe 🤣🤣🤣). And no, chocolate doesn’t go with a honey cake. Well, I don’t think so anyway.
Is anyone else holding onto a guarded family recipe? What would it take for you to share it?

COME JOIN the new FACEBOOK GROUP: Enfield Eats: Food and Drink news. Everyone is welcome!

A brand new community page will share all food and drink news, including new menus, pop-ups, special offers, and events, as well as reviews and recommendations.

I would love to grow this group with YOUR help. So when you fancy the best brunch but want to try something new, you can post or search, and it’s all there. You can’t remember the name of that Chinese person once mentioned or that chicken dopiaza, vegan sharma or goat’s milk ice cream. You are only a few keystrokes away from a forum with the best local information.

From Sunday roasts to toasted sandwiches, soups to sushi, burgers to bao buns. And let’s remember the drinks-cocktails, mocktails, pints or prosecco. It will be a feast of foodie intel.

Let’s help put Enfiled on the map for a place packed with destination eats and more.

All you need to do is join the group and post, whether you are a cafe, restaurant, private chef, or avid eater.

I hope to see you there soon :)
