Loved this effect with delicious white chocolate ganache.

People ask me often: why ganache to cover cakes? Well, it is a very stable medium for covering cakes so it is ideal for warmer months and for cakes that might stay out for long (like a wedding cake). But most importantly, it is absolutely delicious, melts in the mouth almost like ice cream and it balances beautifully with most cake flavours in a way that isn't too sweet but just decadent!
