On a sunny warm Saturday, I delivered this iced two tiered wedding cake for a lovely couple who were having their reception at the gorgeous in Hammersmith. Based on a picture which the bride sent and I would love to give credit to the original maker. As the original picture had a real Arum lilly, i managed to get out of my comfort zone and made sugar arum lillies. Both sponges were red velvet with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. Huge thank you to Hugo who helped move the wedding cake down to the cellar and was very supportive with the process. Huge congratulations to K & P, you definitely chose a fantastic day.
