I was invited to host a of plant-based patisserie class at one of the oldest culinary institutions in the world (no biggie really, I wasn’t freaking out or anything) 🙂‍↕️

We made a lemon meringue tart and cardamom cinnamon rolls and chatted about running a small business ✨

Yesterday was a dream!!!! 💖🎀

I hosted my first ever brunch with and it was such a surreal feeling to see you al sitting down eating my food 🥹🥞 I handmade every single item from scratch, we served over a 100 of you and were completely sold out from 11am… and I somehow didn’t cry even once!!! Thank you for supporting my small bakery and being such joyful rays of sunshine ☀️

And thank you to for hosting us and taking care of the drinks ☕️

I had the most UNHINGED market at x .uk 🙈 two hours after opening, you all sent me home to bake more *and* made me sell out again in 38 minutes 🙈🙈🙈🙈
