Life took me out of the kitchen, but it brought me straight into the apiary 🍰➡️🐝

Even though I had to step away from baking professionally, I’ve found a whole new kind of joy and purpose in beekeeping. Caring for these tiny, incredible creatures has been so rewarding — they give us so much, and ask for so little (okay, maybe just some smoke and space 😅).

If you’ve followed me for cakes, I’d love for you to follow me into this new chapter too.
It’s sticky, sweet, sometimes chaotic — and I’m completely in love with it. 💛

Car shaped cakes are by far the most time consuming to make! But seeing the end result makes me take the orders anyway 😁

I sometimes use cocoa butter to paint details on cakes. I love the effect on this cake I made a while ago using this technique

I have been quiet for a while on here, but I am now back and will be posting a bit more regularly.
