*A little update from us 🤍*
We’ve had quite a few people asking about our current *1-star Food Hygiene Rating*, so we wanted to be open and explain a little more.
When the Environmental Health Officer visited us, they told us they had received a report alleging that our Daisy, had been around the kitchen.
We were honestly very sad to hear this, as Daisy is part of our family. If you’ve visited us before, you’ve probably seen her greeting customers around the tables or sitting by the front door waiting to say hello. 🐶
We just want to reassure everyone that *this has never been the case*. Daisy has never been allowed in our kitchen or any food preparation areas.
Anyone who knows us knows how much pride we take in what we do. Food safety is something we take incredibly seriously, and we’ve already completed the actions required following the inspection. We’re now looking forward to our re-inspection, unfortunately will take another 5 months as that’s how they operate.
