Farina is the Italian word for flour, and ours are milled in Altamura, Puglia - renowned for bread-making since Roman times.

All our sourdough breads are hand-kneaded and double leavened for 30 hours, and delivered every day to your door.

Are you ready for back to school?
We cannot help you with anything else but the lunch box!
Here are three healthy options your children will love.

#1 The classic Ham and Cheese
- Crudo di Parma DOP
- Mozzarella cheese
- Slices of Tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil and little salt

#2 Vegetariano alla Griglia
- Grilled courgettes, marinated in our Rasciatano Extra Virgin olive oil and the spices you like (here oregano, mint, garlic and salt).
- Brie or goat cheese

#3 Turkey, Iceberg and Artichoke Patè
This is our favourite Puccia by far.
Use our Artichoke Patè from "Miceli Farm". If your children doesn't want salad it still works perfectly!

Salt and Rosmary focaccia make for a fabulous addition to any bread basket but did you know it also works great as sandwich bread? Just slice and add your favourite sandwich fillings.

Pinzimonio. The ultimate Italian antipasti and the simplest as well. Pour olive oil in a bowl, sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper on top and add spices such as oregano if you like. Dip crudites on it. Our cold pressed olive oil it’s delicious used this way!
