Serving crêpes for the team at REMO in London was one of those events I’ll genuinely remember. 🥞🎶

From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, friendly and relaxed – the kind of atmosphere that makes you forget you’re “at work” and feel more like you’re among friends. We set up the live crêpe station, and soon there were sweet and savoury pancakes going out, conversations starting, people coming back to try new toppings… it felt like rhythm, food and people all working together.

One team member told me he’d just been in Marseille the week before and that my pancakes were better than the ones he’d had in France. As someone trained in Paris through the Erasmus programme, that compliment honestly made my day.

Thank you to the whole REMO family for the kindness, the music and the positive energy. It was a real pleasure to bring Pancake Events into your world for a day – hope our paths cross again soon. 💛
