The amount of doughnuts the bakers made on the first day of Chanukah was unprecedented. Incredible Briana returned to us to pipe, Sophie nailed the quantities and just so proud of team bakers.
Our doughnuts this year are slightly different now .. have you noticed the difference?
Keep your orders coming in, especially for Fri, Sat and Sunday as I know they will roll out the stores very fast !

Happening now. The Challah prep has begun for tomorrow. Mountains of challah dough have been mixed and fermented, separated, cut into 200gr pieces, rested, degassed, rolled into strands and braided into 4 strand loaves.
5 types of dough each with a different method
Traditional
Premier
Omega
Vegan
Cinnamon and Raisin
Each egg or oat milk washed, dressed, re****ed overnight and proved.
Not to forget the pretzel challah and hedgehog buns.
It takes a special team to understand and to know this has to be the best challah available. To really know the sacred nature of challah for Shabbat.
Tomorrow morning this will be baked. Some will go to other premium locations

Our Rosh Hashana challah exceeded all expectations this year and I have my incredible bakers to thank for that.
Your numerous messages and comments have proved that we are truly the best in what we do. I am so proud of the team.
This coming Friday we will have a limited amount of our Apple and Pecan challah on the shelves and shortly we will open our orders for breaking the Yom Kippur fast.
As always we will be closed on Yom Kippur so all orders will be collected on Wed 1st October.
That will be the last opportunity to get your hands on it until next Rosh.

Shana Tova to all of customers and followers worldwide. Thank you for you kindness and appreciation. Thank you for blessing our challah and sharing it with your loved ones to bring in the New Year. We are global in our wish for the return of our hostages, peace and safety.
