🚚 We’re Hiring: 3.5T Night Delivery Driver! 🚚

Looking for a role that keeps you on the move? Join our team as a 3.5T Night Delivery Driver and help us deliver excellent product & service to our customers every day!

✨ What You'll Do:
✅ Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to various locations.
✅ Provide excellent service during deliveries.
✅ Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
✅ Ensure your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.

📍 Location: The Bread Factory Hendon
⏰ Hours: 1am/2am
💷 Pay: £14.10

What We’re Looking For:
🚛 Full UK driving license (with the ability/experience to drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle).
🗺️ Confidence in navigating London efficiently following the Sat Nav.
😊 Friendly, reliable, and focused attitude.
💪 Ability to handle goods safely (You would be required to load your vehicle).
✅ A good driving record with no more than 3 penalty points, no previous ban or endorsement.

We celebrate not just bread and craft but also the incredible individuals who make it all possible.

We filled the dance floor until early hours sharing a wonderful evening with many friendships and memories made.

As we celebrated National Inclusion Week last week, it beautifully leads us into October, which is Black History Month! This annual celebration is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contributions of Black individuals to our culture, history, and communities. We're looking forward to celebrating with our teams. Happy Black History Month!

is this year's theme for National Inclusion Week, which is exactly what we're doing. As a business with over 1000 employees, it's important to create a culture and space where our people feel accepted and comfortable. Each of us shares different life experiences shaping us into the people we are. Inclusivity to us is about using those different perspectives, experiences, and talents to continuously innovate and develop as a business.

Therefore, we decided to create a group where people can support inclusivity. It's open to all of our teams and is a safe space. Our goal is to understand our people and aid in creating an environment where they feel supported, respected, and celebrated. This week, we're dedicating time to connect with our production and operation teams in Hendon, by having meaningful talks about what inclusivity means to them. Going forward, these conversations will be the foundation of what we do to make our people feel supported, respected, and celebrated.

This Sunday was anything but ordinary!

It was a day filled with laughter, connection, and fun at our Summer Fete. Our teams had a blast with bouncy castles, mouth-watering street food , and a tombola that kept everyone on their toes.

Our Summer Fete is about more than just fun activities; it's a chance for us to come together away from our usual working environment, meet each other's loved ones, and express our appreciation for our exceptional team. We truly value the hard work and dedication they bring to our company every single day.
