Made this coconut milk - condensed milk based pudding treat last week, it's made with corn and cheese as well.
It's quick, it's sweet, but not too much, you just need patience to wait until it sets in the fridge 😊
Don't forget to make more than a simple portion cause ours was gone in 24 hours 😆

Brioche time 😋
I brought you something old-new pastry this time. Stuffed brioche with coconut pastry cream and mango jam. Covered with pan toasted coconut flakes. I don't have to tell you guys that this flavor combination is one of the best, especially for me who is a big fan of these two.

I used to makr these kind of pastries back in my country as well, I thought I make some after this long time.

Honestly after I tasted it my first reaction was like, "Okay, we have a new recipe for Easter and Christmas, because this is the real deal"
The spices, the dried fruits in this beauty do just smell amazing.

I have some hungarian peachy cottage cheese bundt cake for you. Unfortunately - and I'm so sorry about that, but - there's not photo taken of the whole cake, it looked soo yummy, couldn't resist to it.

My first brownie is ready! 😊
Látom week we went out to have some foodie in , and then I saw brownies, was thinking, let's make some. This is the oreo version.
I have to tell I'm not really a chocolate person, like loving too much chocolate in cakes, etc. But when I tasted this brownies I was so shocked! It's mad delicious, so chewy, so yummy!

This time we have some hungarian cocoa rolls, called kakaós csiga. It's also a quick and easy one, same method as its cinnamon friend's. Always had this when I was a student in Hungary. I will never forget the smell in the bakery I used to go what was located in the village I came from.

Hello coffee lovers ☕😀
This weekend I have made my first coffee flavored cake, which is a lovely bundt cake. Good thing that you don't need any special occasion for making this dessert. Also as for me, I had it with a mug of warm milk instead of coffee. It's literally like you having a nice cuppa of latte. 😊 Recipe said to use instant coffee, but I just cooked a proper one, I'd suggest you to try it too, it will taste so much better.

I have something special today from Hungary.
In hungarian we call it Fanta szelet, szelet means slice. This is a cocoa sponge made with cottage cheese buttercream, and the famous Fanta drink in the top layer what is a pudding.
Classic but less known dessert, but it's so amazing.
