First wedding cake delivered in this heat 🥵 I was very nervous! But ALOT of ice packs and a huge cooler bag helped get the cake their in one piece. Made for old family friends jo and Gary! Congratulations 🥳

Cake - classic Victoria sponge, vanilla oat milk Chantilly and mixed berry jam! Finished semi naked with some fresh roses and flowers petals and of course my favourite gold leaf!

The Fraisier cake, is derived from the French word “fraise” meaning strawberry, it is a classic French cake! Aka strawberries and cream! This cake was one of the first patisseries I learnt how to make mannnny moons ago when I studied

This is perfect for a garden party or BBQ, will be available in our online shop very soon!
