Hope you are well and enjoying this festive period 🎄. I’ve been baking again, but not selling. Xenia’s baking story has stopped selling for a few years now. I still love baking (especially in the last few months), so recently I created a new starter. I’ve been making a lot of sourdough breads again and some sweet buns as well using the same starter.

Every now and then I still get messages from you guys, wondering when I will bake again. Thank you so much for your messages, they really warmed my heart ❤️ and I’m glad to know you enjoyed my buns and breads🥐🥖🍞.

Stepping in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣, I’d like to continue to bake more. I’m wondering if any of you will be interested to watch how I create the buns I sold before. Maybe I can make some how-to videos, so you can try out these lovely recipes at home. I’m also happy to share my new starter Lilibet. Please feel free to message me if you want some.

Treating myself with some of my favourite buns after the 13 miles run. Baking had became a luxury recently due to my busy life. Once in a while, it’s nice to have slower times to do things that I enjoy and to zone out, forget about life for a moment. I guess this is another kind of meditation 😋

Hello everyone! Hope you are well. Today I have news to share with you. As I have recently returned to full time employment, I will reduce my time in baking. It doesn’t mean Xenia’s Baking Story is closing. I’m only moving to weekends operations. I can’t leave my lovely customer without yummy buns and treats to eat. Thank you for your support over the last one and half years. I look forward to baking you more yummy and memorable buns in the future.
