Does it mean we should pay more attention to what nature has to offer? Absolutely.
I don’t share information to be sensational. I share studies that are evidence-based, often overlooked, and worth exploring so you can make informed decisions.
If this is new to you...
Soursop (also known as graviola or guanabana) contains a group of naturally occurring compounds called acetogenins.
Laboratory (in vitro) studies have found that some acetogenins can interfere with energy production in certain cancer cells by affecting mitochondrial function.
These findings are promising, but they’re early-stage laboratory research, not evidence that soursop treats or cures cancer in humans.
Soursop leaves also contain more than 200 bioactive compounds, several of which have demonstrated antiviral activity in laboratory studies, including against herpes simplex virus (HSV).
While these findings are interesting, more human research is needed to understand their clinical effects.
Nature is full of compounds that deserve more scientific attention, and I believe it’s worth knowing what the research is actually showing.
Comment SOURSOP for the direct link before they sell out again đź”—
