What I struggled the most with while testing my carrot cake 🥕recipe, was finding the right balance between:
1️⃣flavour (spices not too overwhelming)
2️⃣texture (cake that melts in your mouth)
3️⃣ moisture

After countless trials and a LOT of patience 🙏🏼...I am very proud to say that I could have a bite of this slice every single day 🙈
