Friendly reminder!

I am SUPER busy with Cake International and Sugar Screams at the moment.

It may take me longer than usual to respond to messages and emails, and I won’t be accepting orders between now and November 10th.

I’m currently making a life size pirate, a dead crow (pictured), a skull, treasure, a whole outfit for the Cake Catwalk AND a cake to match it!
And I start my competition piece tomorrow! 🙈

There’s projects in various stages dotted around the studio, hanging from doors, on the dining table, in the kitchen, and most of my living room has been taken over to make space.
Between all of this, I have the kids, life stuff, and regular cafe orders! I simply can’t fit any more into the schedule, and I apologise sincerely.

Please bear with me, and I’ll be back to ‘normal’ (yeah right) on the 10th of November.

Last year it was fun being up against my friends with sibling rivalry and silliness all round!
If you know me, you know I’m so much funnier and cooler than the others.
They’re all pants. You can tell them I said that. ☺️😂

I STILL need watching because I’m STILL a menace, I’ve been unwatched for far too long, and I absolutely can’t be trusted without adult supervision.
The One to Watch category has always shunned me, which is the judges fault.
Blame them when I get into trouble.
I’m also doing BIG things!!! And if I’m not being watched, you’re gonna miss it all!!!

Ok, if I was invited to a neon pink disco party, you KNOW I’m saying yes! 😍

Our super popular Biscoff cake holds up a 6 inch luscious lemon sponge, smothered in white chocolate ganache, and finished with shades of smooth pink and purple buttercream.

The AWESOME team over at Green Mango Creations supplied the matching acrylic name charm, which is PERFECT!

Now if you’d please excuse me, I’m off to host my own neon pink disco party. Pass the flares! 🪩 🕺🏻

What a weekend!

The first D’licious Magazine CakeAway Retreat was a HUGE success!

The always gorgeous Emily Hankins Cakes is such a fantastic tutor, that it was difficult to tell which cake was hers!

Victoria White Cake Design had everyone making the BEST dinosaurs, and they all had so much character! I loved them all! 🥰

I stepped in to Sundays class with Debbie Lock Sugar Floral Design and was blown away by all the stunning roses and carnations!

I’m absolutely shattered, but as you all know, work never stops here, so I’m cracking on with orders, cake international bits, and taking a minute to process everything from the weekend.

Well done Kelly! It was absolutely fantastic! 🥰

Work has begun on my pieces for Cake International 👀

This year, I’m taking part in the Sugar Screams exhibit, and the CakeWalk.

There’s LOADS of work to do, and I’m currently surrounded by bits of wood, fabric, beads, expanding foam, polystyrene, moulds, tools, clay, plaster, boxes of sugarpaste, modelling chocolate and colours, AND I’m prepping everything for this weekends D’licious Magazine CakeAway!
I’m sawing, sewing, sculpting, modelling, moulding, plastering, carving, glueing, painting, and everything in between! 🙈

Please bear with me whilst I steadily drown in work 🫠😂

It may take slightly longer than usual to reply to any messages for a few weeks, but I WILL get back to you when I can.

Please also remember that I’m teaching this weekend at the CakeAway retreat, and will reply to everyone when I’m back on Tuesday.

What do you make when it’s your friends wedding anniversary and she’s already an awesome cake maker?

Whatever you want. She’ll love it no matter what! 😂

Victoria White Cake Design and her amazing husband Adam, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, and we surprised them last weekend!

Originally, we couldn’t make it to the party, but a quick last minute shuffle of plans, and D’licious Magazine and I coordinated the surprise.

This Lambeth heart cake is my very popular Biscoff cake, decorated with super smooth vanilla buttercream.

Four of us share a tattoo, so I made sure we all had a contribution to this cake.

-The gorgeous Debbie Lock Sugar Floral Design made a white Rose
(which also came to Wembley with us for a Bon Jovi concert).
-I added two silver Steve figures
(if you know, you know).
-And Kelly from D’licious mag added one single black sprinkle, which is hilariously the missing dot from all of our tattoos
(they should say “cake friends” in Morse code, but a dot ‘washed off’ so they say “cake friendi”).

Happy 25 years of marriage, Victoria and Adam.
You’re both such wonderful people, and we wish you many MANY more years of love and happiness 🥰🥰🥰
