Hi all,

I didn’t manage take many photos last weekend as it may have been one of my biggest bakes ever!!

I’ve got one more on Friday 23rd December, for any of you who need to stock up on bread for the new year or need more festive treats - the stollen seems incredibly popular 🎄🎁

Hello everyone 👋🏻

My November bake is this Saturday 5th November. Menu is attached.

Lots of 🥐 and 🍐and custard danishes. The olive loaf 🫒is back and so is the fig and walnut loaf

I am planning my baking days in December - probably about 3 with the last bake most likely to be on 23 December - just in time to stock up on Stollen and mince pies for Christmas.

Hi Everyone! 🍁🍂

I haven’t really been on here for a about 2/3 months, apologies! I’ve been abroad for singing work/much needed holiday and just haven’t been able to manage a bake… but I’m back this weekend!!

Sunday 16th October (not Saturday!) - small bake with autumnal walnut and fig loaf and some chouquettes and cinnamon buns.

Collection is 9-12pm on Sunday, drop me a message if you’d like some goodies 👩🏻‍🍳

Hi everyone!

I’m baking on Saturday 9th July but it will be my last bake for a while - at least till mid September.

No bread for a while as I start rehearsals with so come and see me on stage 💃🏻🎶

The 🫒 loaf is back and so are the chouquettes PLUS some very indulgent profiteroles - choux pastry filled with whipped cream and topped with dark chocolate ganache. What’s not to love?! 😋

🎶Hello everyone! 🎶

I’ve had a few weeks off baking and just got back from Holland where I was singing with my fathers quartet at their chamber music festival.

Here’s a little snippet from the 1920s open air concert 💃🏻

I was hoping to bake for you all this weekend but didn’t manage to get organised and stock sorted in time…

So, I will be back with bread and pastries on 18th June 🍞🥐
