Isn’t this just the most gorgeous winter wedding treat box? All white with a sparkle of gold this box included a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes frosted with a glam white buttercream and decorated with a hint of gold touches, delicate rose details and a subtle winter theme of snowflakes and a mixture of cakesicles and geo heart cake gems filled with vanilla cake mix and encased in a bright white chocolate. I was honoured to be asked to create these wedding cupcakes for one of my oldest friends who is getting married today 💍🥂 perfect for smaller intimate weddings these can be tailored to any theme!

And so Lockdown 2.0 has begun in England... 😩 I didn’t feel like baking anything pretty today but I still wanted to fire up the Rosie Bakes Cakes London oven so I went with a lockdown classic and a favourite amongst my friends and family the humble Banana Bread.

If you’d like to give this lockdown classic a go I have popped the recipe up on my stories. There’s something about the smell of the banana and the warming nutmeg as it’s baking that comforts me so I hope it will for you too!
