The Lambeth finish is back - it’s the detail that makes a wedding cake feel fully dressed. 🎂✨

I love how the over-piping builds texture and ornamental detail - scrolls, garlands and layers of icing that can feel nostalgic or beautifully modern.

The technique has roots in the 1930s and is resurfacing thanks to social media. I already have several Lambeth cakes booked this wedding season.
