I have been lucky enough to make Miah’s christening cake and every birthday cake for the last 13 years what an honour it has been although the older Miah gets the ‘weirder’ the cakes get. Her Mum and me are great mates which is good as we spend hours talking about her choices.

Well I am pleased to share another absolutely gorgeous cake if I do say so myself. These are hand made sugar flowers, each petal is made from rolling the thinnest of icing and then I vein and add as much detail as I can to make them lifelike. A cake to celebrate Mary’s 90th birthday. Feedback is fab so thank you so much xx
