As many of you already know, Friday has always been our baking day at Claudia's Bakery! 🍞🥐🍰
However, we'd love to hear from you. If Friday isn't the most convenient day for collecting your fresh bakes, please let us know in the comments which day would work better for you.
We'll take all your feedback into consideration, and if there's a clear favourite, we'll happily look at changing our baking day to better suit our customers. 😊

🍞 From Dough to Loaf – The Sourdough Journey 🍞
Every loaf at Claudia's Bakery is crafted with patience, skill, and time.
After a long fermentation, each dough is carefully shaped by hand, creating the structure that will give the bread its beautiful rise and texture. The loaves are then placed into bannetons for their final proof, where they slowly rise and develop even more flavour.
Once perfectly proofed, each loaf is gently scored and transferred into a hot oven. The heat creates the magical oven spring, allowing the bread to expand and develop its crisp, golden crust.
As the aroma fills the bakery, the loaves bake until they reach perfection – crunchy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside.
The result? A handcrafted sourdough loaf made with simple ingredients, traditional methods, and plenty of care.
Shaped. Proofed. Baked. Enjoyed. ❤️
