I teach basic bread, sourdough, Welsh bread, bagels, Welsh cakes & lots more! Call 07757792553 Jamie learnt to bake at the age of 15 in a 'hands-on' bakery in Northamptonshire and further learnt his craft in the Royal Navy where he bacame a qualified chef & served for 7 years on warships and shore bases across the U.K. Jamie and his family, Sarah & their 2 children, Tommy & Tobi, moved to Llanstef

fan almost 10 years ago, where they have firmly established their roots by running The Village Store. This quaint building houses a coffee room, shop, baking studio and a bar. Join Jamie and master the art of making real, wholesome bread by hand, no machines and no bread makers! Enjoy culinary lessons tailored to your needs and leave competent in making the perfect loaf or meals from scratch. The baking studio can cater for up to 8 people at a time.
