Diolch yn fawr to everyone that joined us for our first ever Seaweed Festival last weekend. Locals and visitors enjoyed shoreline wanderings and hands-on experiences from foraging to gardening, fermenting to crafting, all led by local expert guides, including the A huge diolch yn fawr to all our facilitators.

WORLD BEE DAY WAS THIS WEEK 🐝 You might have spotted some of our planting at the Halen Môn Saltcote. Not only does it bring a lot of joy, it has a purpose.

Bumblebees need our help. 97% of the UKs flowering meadows have already been lost, two of our 26 species now extinct and 2024 was a bad year for the busy bumble bee but 2025 was much better thanks to the hard work of people like You can read a little more about what we can all do over on our blog today. It was a pleasure to be invited to Downing St this week, to celebrate Halen Môn’s export successes and meet plenty of inspiring businesses from different industries. We met with the Prime Minister himself, sampled lots of well-seasoned canapés, caught up with Welsh whisky legends .distillery and enjoyed the artwork at Number 10.
