When you get given a brief of "those squishy dumplings" 👀 🌈

8inch Chocolate, Choc buttercream and Choc Ganache filling 😋 finished with a tonne of glitter, which never shows up well for pic!

This was for a 3rd time repeat customer, I feel I've become her "Cake Lady" 🩷

A little heads up from Big Cake Energy!

We’ve had a few last-minute enquiries this week, and whilst we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can, we hate having to disappoint anyone when we’re unable to squeeze an order in.

This time of year is a particularly busy one, and as well as running BCE, we both have work and other commitments outside of cakes. This means our availability is limited, and some dates fill up quicker than others!

So, if you have a special occasion coming up and have your heart set on one of our cakes, please try to get your orders in as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 💕

We’ll always do our best to book you in, but unfortunately, we can’t always work miracles at the last minute! 😁

Thank you so much for keeping us busy and supporting our little business. Every order, share and recommendation means the world to us! 🖤✨

⚡️🎸 HELLS BELLS… WE MADE A TIERED CAKE! 🎸⚡️

Well… this one pushed us right out of our comfort zone! 😂 Our first ever tiered cake and we only went and made it an AC/DC one! 🤘🏼🖤

A 6" classic vanilla cake paired with a 4" chocolate cake, both packed with their respective fillings and finished off with chocolate ganache because apparently we like making life difficult for ourselves.

There was definitely some swearing, some questionable moments and a LOT of “is that straight?!” 😂 but honestly… we bloody loved making this one! 🖤

Definitely one of those cakes that made us go "Eff it, lets give it a go!"

And once again a custom made topper from Narla Williams ✌🏼
