With the support of Heart of Wales Line we are looking forward to welcoming new and old players to Llandovery RFC - The Drovers - Y Porthmyn throughout August and September. If you’re interested in joining us and meeting new friends please get in touch with the relevant coaches. All ages and abilities welcome. We are looking forward to seeing you all during the next few weeks.

A huge thank you to everyone that came in last week for our protein bowls, we really didn’t expect it to go so well. I know we run out early on some days but we’ve learnt from that and are making a lot more this week.. don’t forget to preorder if your wanting them early as we do make them fresh every day!! Any feedback good or not so please speak to us & we can all work together keeping you fed well & happy .
