Behind the scenes from the bakery from this past month. After the craziness of the summer has passed, time to focus on other things.

It’s been a productive September, swipe to see what we’ve been up to.



There has been a lot of recipe testing and tasting!!

We are almost ready to launch.

Peanut butter brownie 🤌🏻

We made our mincemeat ready for mince pie season!

There was a lot of booze involved! This wasn’t all of it 🥃🥃🥃🥃

Something new, Cardamom bun tested and on the counter for weekends.

So cosy!!

We made tiny tiny pastries, they were adorable 🥹

Had time to test out some laminated brioche, possibly for some future things on the counter.

Cardamom buns!! Will be on the counter from tomorrow, as a weekend special. We’ve been testing them in the bakery the last couple of weeks. They are so good!
