Bloody hell… I struggled to even find this page, that’s how long I’ve not uploaded 🙈😂

Anyway… I’M BACK! 👋🏻

Back to school means back to routine, and after a much-needed holiday, I’m slowly getting back into the kitchen too 👩🏻‍🍳🧁

Before the holidays, I made a wee selection of treats to say thank you to all the beautiful teachers who look after, support and teach the future generation, including my own daughter ❤️

A little thank you made with a LOT of treats:

🍋 Lemon drizzle cake
🍓 Strawberry cupcakes
🤍 Gluten-free macadamia & white chocolate brownies
🍪 Snickerdoodles
🍫 Maltesers slice
🍫 Twix slice

I may have been quiet on here, but the oven hasn’t forgotten me 😂

So… hello again! Here’s to getting back into the baking routine and hopefully remembering to actually post what I make 🤣🧁

For a Hearts fan and a serious chocolate lover… this one had to deliver 👀

Six thin layers of rich chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate cream cheese icing and covered in smooth chocolate ganache 🤎
Finished with all the chocolate goodies on top for that extra indulgence 🍫

Safe to say… this is a chocolate addict’s dream 😍

Malted sponge with rich chocolate buttercream and a salted caramel filling 🤎
Finished with a smooth caramel drip, gold topper and all the Maltesers & chocolate extras.

With matching cupcakes to complete the box, because one cake just wouldn’t do 😍

Elegant, indulgent and made for celebrating properly.

But this one? Had to share. I’d say it’s sensational 👀

Cookie sandwiches are everywhere just now, so I had to give it a go…
Made with oatmeal cookies for a healthy snack 🙄🤣
Filled with buttercream, a little extra filling and dipped in chocolate…
So yes, very healthy. Obviously.

Who cares though, it’s a treat and it’s SO worth it 😍

Also been busy making some Scottish tablet and a few truffles on the side… just because ✨

Bakewell-style cupcakes with a little extra indulgence ✨

Almond sponge, cherry jam centre, mascarpone chantilly with a hint of almond, flaked almonds and a touch of icing to bring that Bakewell tart feel together 🍒

I’ve had a few comments about the cream being generous, and that’s totally fair 😊
I do love that slightly fuller, more indulgent finish though… it just feels like a proper treat and adds that little touch of luxury.

Definitely one for the almond and cherry lovers 💛

Your best pal comes up with crazy ideas sometimes… what can you do but oblige 😂

A full party table spread because apparently just a cake wasn’t going to cut it 👀
So off I went, working all week to bring this one together…

And honestly? I loved every second of it 🥹

Here’s what made the table:
🍫 Caramel Galaxy brownies
🍓 Raspberry white chocolate blondies
🍒 Cherry Bakewell flapjack
🍪 Ginger & Biscoff flapjack
🍪 Brown butter chocolate chip cookies
🍪 Ginger creams
🍋 Lemon meringue cupcakes
🍓 Eton mess cupcakes

A proper dessert feast, a little bit of everything and then some ✨

Back again with this flavour combo, this time as a mix of cupcakes and cake.
And honestly? The result is outstanding.
