Thank you to all my wonderful clients over the years I just wanted to say how kind and lovely it is for all the tags and recommendations you have done for me but it’s now time to hang up the apron.

I have thought long and hard about this decision and it’s not been an easy one.

Lots of contributing factors have been taken into account - the hikes in the price of butter, sugar, flour and especially anything chocolate related has crept up every single time I do a shop so this is also a factor in my decision.

It’s not just about baking - running your own business is hard - if im not baking then it’s spending weekends shopping in Glasgow or Edinburgh at wholesalers for ingredients, searching the internet for baking items / toppers / inventory- not to mention all of the admin work that needs done.

The van is for sale so if you know of anyone wanting a little food truck then message me for details. I’ll be selling all of my extra boxes / flavoured sugars and equipment so if you know of anyone interested when I put up my for sale items please tag them!

Thank you all so much for the last few years. It’s been a whirlwind.
