I want to take a moment to say a thank you to everyone who has supported my baking. Your kindness and appreciation mean the world to me, especially when I pour so much of my time and heart into every design.
​I strive for perfection with every order but I also want to be transparent. I am a small one person business. While I do my absolute best to ensure every detail from the colors to the packaging, sometimes factors outside of my control ( shipping delays, product inconsistencies from suppliers or the challenges of transporting delicate bakes) can cause unexpected issues.
​I take great pride in using only fresh ingredients for every order. Because my bakes are handmade and contain fresh components they are sensitive to temperature changes. Especially during these warm summer months the shift in temperature from the fridge to the outside environment can be challenging for delicate items like buttercream and fresh fruit. I always prepare your orders as close to your collection time as possible to ensure the best possible quality.
​I am deeply committed to making things right whenever a mistake happens and I am so grateful for the patience and understanding so many of you have shown me. Thank you for continuing to trust me to be a part of your celebrations. Your support keeps me going!
