☕️🌿 Ripple Grove Coffee is officially soft open!

Jo & Jelly have created something really special within The Collective, and I’m so excited to see it come to life.

Come by for some co-working, enjoy coffee made by incredible baristas, and grab some delicious bakes from Nica’s Panaderya. 🥐 There’s also a yoga studio within the space, making it a lovely spot to work, connect, recharge and spend time in the community.

Our first two pop-ups with our sister business, Harana🤎, at Cookbook Shop and Portobello Food Market, pairing our bakes with their drinks.

I had so much fun playing around with summer flavours 🌞

This is first time we really shared our bakes directly to the Edinburgh community, and trying to tie in familiar forms with Filipino flavours. And from the two pop-ups, we found our best sellers were Yema Leche Flan Cruffin, Calamansi Tart/Pie, and Ube Buko Basque Cheesecake, tied with the Ube Choco Cookie. 👀

Thank yous for showing up 🥹 Some came for Harana, some for the venue, and some just for me. How special is that?
