When we asked Morgan, our Aperol queen 🍊 what flavours she wanted for her 30th birthday cake, she said : Lemon, orange & of course.. APEROL

Chef Victor turned that vision into this unforgettable masterpiece 🇮🇹

Three tiers inspired by the refreshing flavours of , Italian summer Cake, layered with:

Vanilla sponge infused with lemon & orange zest
Smooth lemon curd
Handmade Aperol Spritz gelatine filling
Orange Chantilly
Vanilla buttercream

Finished with Aperol jelly shots 😍, our favourite patisserie fruits, golden details, and orange roses, every detail designed to feel like a trip to Italy in cake form.

A bold, ICONIC, elegant and refreshing celebration cake made with love for Morgan’s special day 🧡
