We didn't really get the chance to say Thank You or post like we wanted to after our last ever day open. It was WAY BUSIER than we anticipated, and went far too quickly for our liking 😭
After starting my new job on Monday, and finally off today, we want to say a huge THANK YOU for how busy we were on Saturday and to every person who turned up, waited in the queue and bought from us. We want to say Thank you to our special customers for all of the lovely words we received, messages, presents, cards and money 🥺🫶🏼 A massive thank you to all of our new friends we've made from our little mall, and for all of their advice, support, and gifts. We honestly didn't expect this much of a send off, it made us so emotional ☹️💔
We also want to thank all of our amazing staff who have been with us throughout this journey. We couldn't have done any of this without them 💕
The last 3 years in the shop, and 9 years of Cakes by Georgia has been a whirlwind, with so many ups and downs, but we wouldn't change it for the world! It's been the best opportunity and I'm so grateful that I was able to achieve my little dream turning it into a reality 🎂🛍
I'll be keeping this Instagram open to sell the rest of our equipment/furniture on for those who may be interested in what we have left to sell. And also just incase anyone wants to stay in contact with us, for the friends we've made along the way🫶🏼
I've had a few enquiries on whether or not I'll be selling my recipes in the near future, who knows?🤣🤷🏼♀️ If I do, I'll post it on here, so keep an eye out for that if I do.
Again, I just want to end by saying we are so grateful for these past years. It's definitely going to be a story to tell the grandkids and something we'll keep in our hearts forever 💕
