Today we took a stroll through the deep, dark woods at Delamere Forest in search of all the Gruffalo characters! 🌲🐾🦊 It was such a lovely adventure, and we finished the day off with plenty of fun in the park. 💚🍂

Today, we visited the World of Glass Museum and had a fascinating time exploring the world of glass. We discovered how glass reflects light and creates amazing patterns and reflections.

We also watched a glassblower making a pig from molten glass. It was incredible to see how the glass was shaped and transformed right in front of us!

We explored the tunnels where glass used to be made and learned more about the history of glassmaking. It was an exciting and educational day, and we really enjoyed discovering how glass has been made and used over the years.

Today we had lots of fun experimenting with science! 🔬✨ The children explored the speed of different objects, discovered what is magnetic, experimented with bubbles, and investigated the weather and how ice melts. 🧲🫧🌦️🧊

We also explored how paint moves and changes, before finishing our exciting day by making our very own ice cream! 🍦🎨

It was a fantastic day of hands-on learning, exploring, predicting and discovering how things work. The children were curious, engaged and loved getting involved in each experiment! 🌟

🚗🚌 Transportation Day! 🚂🍦

Today the children explored different types of transport through lots of exciting role play. They enjoyed pretending to be passengers and drivers on the bus and train, as well as serving up delicious treats in our ice cream van🍦

Then it was “On your marks, get set, GO!” as the children used cars to make marks, exploring movement, speed and different patterns as they raced their cars across the paper. 🚗💨

A fun-filled day of imaginative play, exploration and early mark-making! 🌟
